Executive Director

Matthew is an experienced program manager and has worked across both the private and public sectors to shepherd successful projects, or as he puts it “make things happen”.

Matthew’s experience spans IT, managed services, health, aviation and events in both government and corporate environments. While his roles have varied across these sectors, management and delivery have remained steady features in his career, which has included roles such as:

  • Business Manager

  • Chief of Staff

  • Operations Manager

  • Event Manager.

Through working with clients, Matthew helps to identify and solve problems and is known for creatively finding different and new approaches built around a plan that will work. To deliver solutions, he flexibly uses a variety of methods: Agile, Waterfall, Prince2, Scrum, and Kanban.

Katherine Fraser

Chief Executive Officer

Katherine’s government communication career spans multiple decades and includes experience in several political offices, as well as public service positions in Commonwealth and Queensland government agencies.

Her expertise includes working with government to enhance projects by delivering tailored communication and engagement. Katherine loves a challenge and is highly regarded for her ability to develop and execute strategies, including delivering communication to support complex and sensitive legislative reform programs and high-profile government priorities.

Katherine’s skills span the breadth of both internal and external communication:

ADAM MILLS

Consultant

Adam has over ten years of experience working in and with the Victorian and Commonwealth Governments. He has a broad range of corporate, administrative, and management skills suitable to many government roles and teams. Specifically, his strengths include analysis and reporting, case management, understanding and working within regulatory environments, engaging with stakeholders, and communicating with influence to manage demanding clients under high-stress situations.  

Adrian Baker

Senior Consultant

Adrian is a highly skilled IT professional with 20 years of experience in the Energy, Police and Defence industries. His technical understanding and strong interpersonal skills ensure that high-quality results are always met. Adrian has been in various Test Management positions, including Test, Environment and Release Manager, BI Test Lead, Data Modeler, Senior Test Analyst, and Business Analyst.

Dane Anderson

With a career spanning over 15 years in the public sector, Dane has developed a reputation as a respected public sector and project management professional. He has proven success within operational, technical, and intelligence-focused roles where he has refined his self-driven approach informed by his integrity, respect, and authenticity values. Dane excels in translating highly technical information into plain English to support the implementation and uptake of new systems and is considered a subject matter expert in Intelligence Systems.

 

Ed Fenech

Senior Consultant

Ed is an accomplished and polished product management professional. His practical and pragmatic approach adds value to leading the delivery of highly complex and sensitive projects. As a Scrum Master, he is an expert in translating strategy to concise tactical outputs, ensuring that delivery partners are aligned, and projects are delivered on time and within budget. He has managed the rollout of a data intelligence system from conception to business as usual for the Victorian government. Other projects include transforming service delivery models, data management systems and interactive online portals, eCommerce platforms, conducting system audits, coordinating training and system support.

John is an expert in developing and implementing change strategies. He is also an internal and external stakeholder engagement, governance, and business development expert. Working across Commonwealth, State, and Local Government levels, John has held a wide range of senior government roles and specialist assignments in health care, public transport, customer service/contact centres, social policy, not-for-profit governance, and financial management sectors.

Justine is an accomplished communications professional and government expert. As a Senior Consultant with 1 and One, she is trusted by clients and has a reputation for insight and exceptional service. During her distinguished career in the Australian Public Service, she held several positions, providing advice directly and reporting to senior executives. She has focused on communication, engagement, strategy, governance and policy throughout her career. Justine has academic qualifications in project management, design and policy, and international law.

Laura’s expertise in operations management in government at both the Federal and State level has positioned her well for working in fast-paced environments with demanding priorities. She excels in working with diverse stakeholders, bringing a calm and focused disposition and using proven methods to streamline operations, cut costs and increase productivity. Her detailed and ethical approach to project management and coordination is appreciated by the many clients she has built strong relationships with.

Luke is a versatile and skilled project manager with experience in delivering complex ICT and business outcomes to government. Luke has an in-depth knowledge of government processes and principles making him an expert at delivering whole of government solutions for large federal agencies.
